The Vincent Kompany era at Bayern Munich era has started on a very impressive note as the Bavarian side have managed to score 29 goals across all competitions after just six matches. On Saturday, Harry Kane and Co capped off an eventful week that saw them score 20 times within seven days as they netted five times against Werder Bremen in a Bundesliga clash. Now in a bid to unwind after a hectic schedule, the Bayern stars have joined the celebrations of Oktoberfest.

Harry Kane, who achieved yet another milestone this weekend by becoming the highest English goalscorer in Bundesliga's history, has fully embraced the annual Oktoberfest tradition that is celebrated in Munich between September 21 and October 6. The England captain had confirmed that he would be joined by his wife Katie Goodland in the celebrations this time round.

Ahead of joining the celebrations, veteran German star Thomas Muller was found in a jolly mood as he jokingly told Sky Sports: "We don't even need to drink to get the mood going."

Manager Vincent Kompany, on the other hand, said: "Traditions have to be respected. It has to be fun too."
