Find out the latest injury news and expected return dates for the Man Utd stars currently in the treatment room.

Erik ten Hag has overseen the most exciting season at Old Trafford in over a decade, with Manchester United already lifting the Carabao Cup and aiming to add the FA Cup and Europa League to their trophy cabinet.

They are also homing in on a top-four finish but still face a nervy battle with Tottenham and Newcastle to ensure they return to the Champions League. However, the squad has suffered a few injury setbacks along the way, as well as two significant suspensions.

To keep you up to speed, GOAL takes a look at who Ten Hag is missing and when he can expect to get them back…

United fans' worst fears were realised when their top scorer and talisman was forced off in the 81st minute of the 2-0 win over Everton with a suspected groin injury.

He limped off the pitch and was in visible distress.

Expected return date: Unknown. Ten Hag did not give any details on the injury after the Everton game although Rashford reportedly underwent a scan to determine the extent of the problem.

Ten Hag is expected to give further details on Rashford ahead of United's Europa League quarter-final first leg against Sevilla.

Lightning-quick winger Alejandro Garnacho has lit up United's season since bursting through from the youth team but there were worrying scenes as he limped off during a 0-0 draw with Southampton on March 12 following a tackle by Kyle Walker-Peters.

He ended up leaving Old Trafford on crutches and later it was confirmed that he had injured ligaments in his right ankle.

Garnacho ruled himself out of the Europa League last-16 second leg against Real Betis and Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final tie with Fulham, in addition to Argentina's upcoming friendlies against Panama and Curacao, where he was due to make his international debut.

Expected return date: Unknown. United have not stated exactly when the 18-year-old could resume training although Ten Hag described the problem as "a serious injury I did not expect".

The Dutchman said on Wednesday it would be a few weeks before Garnacho returns but said he expects him to be back before the end of the campaign, adding: "He will be back before the end of the season. We can win a lot so he has to be ready."

United's Brazilian lynchpin Casemiro is fully fit but has missed the last four domesticmatches due to being suspended after being sent off against Southampton, earning an extra-game ban as it was his second straight red card of the season.

He was banned from the FA Cup quarter-final win over Fulham, the defeat by Newcastle and the home wins over Brentford and Everton.

But his suspension is now complete and United can look forward to the return of their midfield anchor.

Expected return date: April 16 (vs Nottingham Forest)

GettyWhat about Donny van de Beek?

The Dutch midfielder rose to prominence under Ten Hag at Ajax so, after two hugely disappointing years at United – which led to him spending the latter half of last season on loan at Everton – his hopes must have been lifted when his former manager took the reins at Old Trafford last summer.

But Van de Beek only made 10 appearances – three of which were starts – in the first half of the season and he suffered a nightmare knee injury during the 3-0 win over Bournemouth after a challenge by Marcos Senesi.

Expected return date: Pre-season 2023-24. Van de Beek had to undergo surgery on his knee and has been ruled out for the rest of the campaign. The earliest he could return is pre-season.
