Ajax officially released their new away kit following the conclusion of the 2023-24 campaign. The Dutch side are well-known for their aesthetic strips and have released another incredible design that taps into their Amsterdam roots.

A press release said: "Various shades of blue are the base of the design for the new away kit, with yellow as the most striking colour. Another colourful accent is green, as seen on the side panels of the jersey and shorts. On the back of the collar, the three Saint Andrew’s Crosses are visible."

Ajax's kit may be nice, but they have been messy on the pitch this season. They managed to rescue their campaign after a poor start but a club of their stature are expected to challenge for and win the Eredivisie title as a minimum requirement. De Godenzonen'sfifth-place finish means they will turn out in their new away strip during the Europa League qualifiers at the start of next season.

AFC AjaxWHAT NEXT FOR AJAX?

Following the release of their away shirt, Ajax will likely follow suit with their new home strip sooner rather than later. For the team, most players have departed for their holidays or joined up with their respective national teams for the summer. When they return, they will be looking to hit the ground running under new head coach Francesco Farioli, who joined the club earlier in the month from Nice.
