Earlier inthe season they won the Under 23 Premier League Plate competition as well.Their victory this weekend was largely due to the all round efforts ofDinusha Fernando and Nimesh Perera. Sebastianites bowled out the Police for166 in their first innings with Fernando taking four wickets and Pererathree. Sebastianites then replied with 277 thanks to 54 from Perera and 56from Fernando. In their second innings the Police were bowled for 138,leaving a target of just 35 runs. Dinusha Fernando took 10 wickets in thematch after taking six for 53 in the second innings.
